instruction page #1: Wheel Encoder (SIK) has a link to a 404 page. http://www.dextermag.com/products/magnets-for-sensors-encoders/multipole-ring-magnets. I seem to find this more often on sparkfun.com than I would expect. There are website management programs that will periodically search the site for links to 404 pages.
