Is it possible to make a breakout board with this chip on our own, since the breakout board isn't available for purchase anymore?
It is possible, assuming that the Si4707 is still in production from the manufacturer. We're an open-source company, so we do provide all our design files as linked in the Resources and Going Further section of this hookup guide. Unfortunately, we won't be able to assist you with manufacturing your own board, but the design information is available.
