Could I use the microSD sniffer to capture data being written to a SD card? I've got an water quality instrument that logs data to a SD card automatically every minute. I'd like to capture this data stream with my Pi so I can see the data in real time. Any suggestions on wiring connections and/or software to accomplish this? Thanks!
