    Uploading Firmware Via Arduino IDE

    I found some additional configuration was required In addition to the steps described in the 'Software Setup' and the 'Arduino Example'.

    Uploading Via DFU

    To Enter DFU mode - hold boot button - press the release the reset button - continue holding boot for at least a second or two

    Configuration under the tools menu

    • Board: SparkFun Boards (from STM32 MCU based boards > SparkFun Boards)
    • Board part number: "Sparkfun MicroMod STM32WB5MMG"
    • Upload Method: "STM32CubeProgrammer (DFU)" (**important**)

    Other Notes

    1. I had to follow some additional setup steps from the STM32duino GitHub repo
    2. Tested on
      1. OS: X86(64) MacOS 13.6.1
      2. Two separate Sparkfun MicroMod STM32WB5MMG processor boards
    3. The 'Hardware Overview' section of the guide is great, thank you Sparkfun 😊
    4. I also like to set USB support (if available):" as the default is set to none so the board appears to vanish
