This board makes use of 3 of the four ethernet twisted pairs. One pair is not used (pins 3 and 6 of connector the J3 RJ-45 connector, corresponding to white/green and green respectively).
I wanted to suggest that in future revisions of this board, you make that unused twisted pair available to the user, by adding a pair of solder pads connected to pins 3 and 6 of J3. In my case I needed to send an analog voltage level between devices, and so I added a "green wire" jumper to J3/pin 3. But it would have been nice to have a solder pad set up for that already.
This adds nothing to the cost but increases the flexibility of the board.
I have been fighting the problem of I2C at 50 ft. I purchased 2 of these and now I have been running for over 2 hours on a 100 ft. Cat5 test cable. I'm a happy camper, it's working great.
