I may have posted this earlier, but the posting may not have gone through.
I have Ubuntu, and I've installed LTspice with Wine. While I can operated the program, what I can't seem to do is save sessions. Perhaps I'm not understanding how this is done. Save and Open do not work for me, and the tutorials do not explain how to save and open a saved project. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks, Walter
Unfortunately, this is not software that we support. Maybe the videos and getting started guide that are linked may help. Otherwise, I believe the internet is probably your best resource; there seems to already be some posts regarding your issue.
I did check the posts, and I did upgrade wine from 1.6 to 4.0, and I can now save and load. Thanks, Walter
The LTSpice forum is not avaiable. For me, error is "You are not authorized to read this forum"
Would be helpful if your MYPOT.asc and .asy file were either printed on this site, or available for download?
It was so well done I watched the video about creating a potentiometer model despite the squeal!
Please cleanup the headache-inducing squeal ALL of the videos in this tutorial. Cannot watch.
Yeah, it's pretty bad. The timeline for this got moved up so first try at the screen recording software made it through. They are being redone and will be replaced once the advanced tutorial goes live.
